Refund and Return Policy for Chautari Spice:

At Chautari Spice, we take pride in providing high-quality food and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or return policy under certain circumstances.

  1. Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your food order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if necessary. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
  2. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your grocery order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and issue a return authorization if necessary. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. Returns may take up to 7 business days to process.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for the following:

  • Food that has been consumed or partially consumed
  • Grocery items that have been opened or partially used
  • Items that have been damaged or tampered with after delivery

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our storefront.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
